I believe that reproductive health care decisions should be made between an individual and their doctor – not lawmakers. Uncle Sam has no place in a doctor’s office.
Recent decisions by the Supreme Court and state legislatures have threatened that common-sense right to privacy.
I will continue to work in Congress to break down barriers to accessing reproductive care, not building them.
