Sorensen to Host Mobile Office Hours for Veterans in Central Illinois

PEORIA, IL – Congressman Eric Sorensen (IL-17) is announcing that his office will host mobile office hours tomorrow to assist veterans in need of help with federal agencies. All Peoria-area veterans in search of assistance with issues related to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Social Security Administration, and more are encouraged to attend and speak to a member of Sorensen’s staff. 

“I’m inviting all Peoria-area veterans to attend my mobile office hours to meet with members of my team and receive assistance on issues related to VA benefits, Social Security, and more,” said Sorensen. “Our veterans represent the best of us and deserve the highest quality of care we can provide.” 

Congressman Eric Sorensen serves on the House Committee on Agriculture and the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology. Prior to serving in Congress, Sorensen was a local meteorologist in Rockford and the Quad Cities for nearly 20 years. His district includes Illinois’ Quad Cities, Rockford, Peoria, and Bloomington-Normal.
