Congressman Sorensen Hosts Telephone Town Hall to Discuss the Latest in Washington DC

On Wednesday, July 9, 2025, Congressman Eric Sorensen (IL-17) hosted a telephone town hall with over 13,000 participants across Illinois' 17th Congressional District. During the call, the Congressman spoke with many constituents who are concerned about the effect of Republicans' so-called 'one big beautiful bill' that will rip away health care from his neighbors and take food away from the hungry.
